Issue : The server was rebooted due to bugcheck today 12.12.2012 11:06:50. After analyzing the memory.dmp file. It seems to be issue with vseflpt.sys ( VMWare vShield Endpoint driver). This is an optional component of the the VMWare Tools install.

Resolution : 
1. Disable the driver from loading in the registry

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\vsepflt\

Change "Start" value from 0 to 4.

Rebooted.

2. Uninstall and Reinstall VMWare tools
